Our products — including Arobhya — are provided under their own product-specific terms, pricing, and policies, which apply in addition to these Terms. Paid subscriptions are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Where a product's terms conflict with these Terms, the product's terms govern for that product.
The Services, including all content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Pincline and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Pincline", "Arobhya", and our logos are trademarks of Pincline Labs Private Limited. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
If you send us feedback, ideas, or other submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use them to operate and improve the Services, without obligation to you. You are responsible for any content you submit and confirm you have the rights to share it.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing on our website constitutes medical, legal, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pincline and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pincline from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any binding arbitration or consumer-protection rights available to you, the courts at Mysuru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
